Favorite Verse
The Gospels.  I love the gospels.  Anything about Jesus’ life is awesome to me.  But if I were to pick a single passage it would be Matthew 11:28-30

28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
(NIV)

If the burdern you are carrying is tough and heavy.  It is most likely not His.  Learn to carry His.

What’s great about playing for the Men of Stone?
I love my brothers very much.   We are soldiers in arms doing life together and we have an awesome privilege to shine as lights together as we play softball.

A little known fact about me…
I worked at a crematorium for a summer one time.  My job was to put the bodies in the furnace than grind their bones up and put it in boxes with their name on it.  Good life experience!!!

2010 Season Highlight
