Short-handed Leviathan Elminiated from Tournament

After an amazing regular season league championship run, it was a tough and

discouraging 2nd round tournament game for the Leviathan on Tuesday night. The Leviathan started out the game with 8 players (but played most of the game with 9) and quickly saw themselves down to Divine Redeemer 15-0 after the first inning. There was no miracle recovery from that huge hole, as White Stone fell by a score of 26-10. Divine Redeemer fielded well, hit well, and found all the holes in the outfield. Congrats to them and good luck to them in the Semi-finals of the League Tourney.

Adam Andrus hit a booming Grand Slam, and Luke Schweng & Jake Andrus added solo homers for the lone Leviathan highlights of the night.

White Stone Leviathan have a tough end to their most successful season as a team. The final 2017 season record is 8-2-1. Thanks to all the families/wives/fans who’ve supported us and cheered for us throughout this exciting season!
